getting lean for better surgery results

You should get lean before surgey for the surgeon to analyse and to see what you realy look like becaus if you are toof fat it will hide your bone mass and your craniofacial structure and the surgeon could do things that will look bad once you lean down.
But how much lean should you get 10-12 % bodyfat or 14-16% is enough for the surgeon to have a good view of you face and for te surgery to be the most precise possible or just providing him a radio would be enough?
 
You should be lean pre surgery yes not for this reason tho
