Gh and Aromatase inhibitors

I’ve been on 3IU of gh for about 3 weeks. My blood tests just came back and my igf1 z score is 0.5 while my e2 is at 19 pg/mL. Definitely upping my GH dose, cuz 0.5 z score isn’t that much. I’m thinking 5IU. Also wondering wether I should take armidex, I got a bottle but I havnt used it yet since my estridiol is a little low already. When I up my Gh dose, should I take a full mg of armidex or cut the pills in half? Let me know if you guys have any suggestions
