Women in general always have this mentality that it's better to be thin and the smaller you look, the better your clothes look.

It's better to have a healthy relationship with food than to worry and think too much about everything that has to do with food.

there is no change in thighs or hips in the image, only the waist, this is not a good example for your argument and the men did not prefer 0.8 they liked smallers waists
 
Great thread. I agree that the standards are far to much for men and women alike nowadays. Woman biologically need to have a higher body fat than men in order to survive, and yet many feel the need to lean down like crazy. Eat a proper diet, don't be overweight, and maintain a healthy bf% to optimize your hormones.

The statues have very nice curves, but every time a real woman is referred to as "curvy" it seems she's usually just fat and unattractive.

By genetics I mean fat distribution which you can't change.No matter how much a girl eats if she doesn't have the genes then too bad, best thing she can do is create some sort of illusion with muscles.Also stop with the insults they're so unnecessary.

There is somethings you can do, maybe not in some scenarios but there definitely are in some. Eating raw animal foods could benefit any woman, regardless of if it gives her "curves" or not

to an extent, but living an un ideal modern lifestyle with processed food will undeniably mess up the estrogen to progesterone ratio and cause a woman to hold more fat on their midsection and lead to an overall higher percentage of body fat, while a good diet and better lifestyle choices will help regulate the ratio to where it needs to be, thus encouraging fat distribution to the breasts, ass, and thighs mostly
 
hormones and the receptors for hormones are genetic
there is a genetic part to play fs, but environmental factors play a huge role in both hormones and receptors. Don’t act like there isn’t anything one can do to optimize their hormones or that people can’t mess up their hormone levels because “muh it’s all genetic”
 
Honestly I agree with this,girls who are above 25% are more fertile as studies show.
That’s why I have a body fat of 24% because you could be killing your estrogen if you’re that skinny.
