sounds a bit weird but I need tips on how to get a smaller bum. This is me before:

I have no idea what happened and I know it’s not big anyway but I need it to be even smaller for measurements or else im going to start losing j*bs. and please don’t say lose weight because im already underweight/ similar weight to before. are there workouts or anything like that??

it sound insane, and unhealthy but do a very high deficit, you should lose all the muscle you have built and fat. much like christian bale in the machinist.

won’t that make me just pass out or be dangerous? I already have deficiencies from being underweight even though I don’t think I look like it. If I have something super important ig i’ll have to though
 
I barely eat anything I’m literally bmi 15/16. That’s why I’m worried about cutting more out. And I don’t think I squat anyway but I’ll make sure to pay attention more
This is just genetics, you’ll never be able to fight it. What sort of workouts do you do. You do look a little unhealthy especially in the arms.

I don’t really workout I naturally have a pear shape from genetics but because I eat really little and walk a crazy amount I can usually keep a thigh gap

workouts primarily tone and build muscle so i don’t really think there’s much by way of working out you could do. you said you’re 2-4kg heavier than your before pictures so just lose that weight. it’s mainly just your genetics though.

I think i’m prob already screwed by being underweight since 15 so I’ll just take the risk. money + fame >> health

yeah my whole family is built like that so I was worried I wouldn’t be able to lost it again now that I’m getting older? I probably will just might be harder now that my metabolism is slower

that sounds like a risky thing to do, so be careful and don’t go on an extreme deficit.

unfortunately u cant spot reduce fat or muscle.😕 spot reducing fat is not possible at all. spot reducing muscle would only work if u had grown a specific muscle in the gym and began to stop training that muscle, but since u said it came out of nowhere, im guessing u don’t train your glutes. dont listen to anyone telling u to do workouts to shrink any muscle on ur body, its not possible, if anything the muscle would grow. the only thing u can do is lose overall weight, but im not sure if id recommend that. like u said, ur already at a very low weight. losing weight also might not even shrink your glutes as much as you want it to depending on ur genetics and fat distribution.

Eating less protein will make her butt fatter, protein increases muscle mass which makes her body toned and fit and can make her lose a few waist inches without even affecting the scale, going for a higher body fat with low muscle mass is the exact opposite of what she needs here

Well op your protruding butt could be from a lot of reasons, could be genetics or hormones, eating habits or even ATP

How old are you op? I heard lots of women stating they got an "increase" in chest and buttocks size in their early 20s and i know a lot of women who have gone through the same thing, so it could be your genetics or even your hormones and i think that's probably what happened to you, but i think another possibility could be ATP, you need to check if you have ATP (Anterior Pelvic Tilt) because it affects the spine and make the butt more protruding and seem bigger, fixing it will be core exercises and trying to maintain natural posture whenever you're walking, also do some planks.

yes i do have scoliosis and a pelvic tilt!! but ive had it since i was little. I’m also only 18 so I think too early for second puberty?? but I did go through puberty way letter than everyone else

That's the reason then, scoliosis and pelvic tilts get worse with age if not treated, fix your posture and your cake will dissappear

no i go to the doctor a lot for x rays and do workout and it hasn’t progressed its genuinely just fat which is quite annoying

Nah my brother had ATP and the doctors told him the same thing, they made him do a x ray and told him his posture is average and told him to just lose weight jfl

He was overweight so he gymcelled and did posture exercises and after like some months his ass is nowhere to be found and completely flat, i don't know if it's weight loss or exercises that caused it to go away though

i’m underweight so i can feel my own bone structure if that makes sense and its still the same so def not that. and i feel like exercises would just activate the muscles and make it grow more no?

Pretty sure scoliosis and Atp exercises won't make it grow, core exercises in general tighten the core which tightens the hips, buttocks and thighs as well, a strong core will almost always make you look slimmer, just start with planks if you have time

ok I do like planks and I actually have quite a weak core so that might help

You want to avoid overusing the muscle, so basically correct posture at all times, also stretching a few times per week might help you

Ive never done this before and ive never heard anyone try but yk how latisse and some lash serums cause fat loss, what if u just get some n rub it on ur bum for a month
 
Or maybe get carboxy shots on ur bum as it kills fat cells iirc but i might be wrong
