Discussion Give me one good reason that raw meat isn't an ideal component in diet

Why is that and what capacity / conditions have you tried it in?
i did not try it but it smells like it will taste bad

Good thing about life is you can have both. You can eat some cooked meat in your diet for protein and raw meat for other nutrients. As for slowly build it up I’m not sure how effective this is since the thymus in adulthood shrinks.Ig another point is getting good meat to eat raw can be expensive that’s why u eat mainly cooked but some raw meat whixh is good for me anyways bcs im low in iron and zinc and cooked meat allows better zinc and iron absorption
you can consume thymus that should help it
but yes you can have both. But I'm arguing for pure ideals. Raw meat also isn't necessarily more expensive, you buy meat raw even if you cook it

From my experience most are epidemiology
In california a girl "died" from raw milk because she passed away and had had raw milk within 2 weeks lf dying, thus answered on the survey. She died of drowning.
Interesting
Here in France it's frequent that they do feces or blood samples to found what the cause of death and then connect the dots after

Raw meat packaged cant be safe due to parasites and stuff bro correct if Im wrong tho
Yeah not necessarily
apparently as tonydr mentioned above most parasites cant even get into meat
and the stuff thats in there is not so bad

Will deff research bro 🫡❤️

How are they basically the same?
-cooked meat reduces nutrients in a significant capacity
-reduces water soluble nutrients more specifically
-creates carcinogens from cooking
-wastes time on cooking

How is it ignorance about the risk?
How is the taste better?
name the nutrients
"i dont want the risk to exist, so it doesnt"
i mean the taste one should be pretty obvious

How are they basically the same?
-cooked meat reduces nutrients in a significant capacity
not in a significant, a few vitamins yes, but the main parts stay
-reduces water soluble nutrients more specifically
eat an fucking orange and u get those back n***a
-creates carcinogens from cooking
no, only if u put it o fire or in coal or overcook it till its fucking black
-wastes time on cooking
wastes time in the hospital because he got salmonella and a fucking parasite
How is it ignorance about the risk?
How is the taste better?

not in a significant, a few vitamins yes, but the main parts stay
sure, so I should reduce 60% of specific nutrients just because the main parts stay
eat an fucking orange and u get those back n***a
Only has Vit C lmao
no, only if u put it o fire or in coal or overcook it till its fucking black
Why does the WHO still classify cooked red meat as a carcinogen then?
wastes time in the hospital because he got salmonella and a fucking parasite
Lmao sure man how often does that really happen

you can consume thymus that should help it
but yes you can have both. But I'm arguing for pure ideals. Raw meat also isn't necessarily more expensive, you buy meat raw even if you cook it
I think it depends where u live tbh, atleast where I am the raw meat I cook I wouldn’t eat raw at all.As for consuming thymus how would that help? I don’t think that stops it shrinking

sure, so I should reduce 60% of specific nutrients just because the main parts stay
ye, because it just reduces them, and its easy asf to get these back
Only has Vit C lmao
which is one of the main vitamins u reduce when cooking
Why does the WHO still classify cooked red meat as a carcinogen then?
idc what they are classifying it as, fact is, if u do it right, the risk of cancer wont increase
Lmao sure man
ye

I think it depends where u live tbh, atleast where I am the raw meat I cook I wouldn’t eat raw at all.As for consuming thymus how would that help? I don’t think that stops it shrinking
consuming thymus gives you nutrients that support thymus

ye, because it just reduces them, and its easy asf to get these back
why waste time "getting them back"
why consume even more food to "get them back"
which is one of the main vitamins u reduce when cooking

idc what they are classifying it as, fact is, if u do it right, the risk of cancer wont increase
what is "doing it right"
why should you have to rely on "doing it right"

I don’t think that’s true,do you have anything I can read on that? The best rhing I know to help support it is managing BMI and reducing stress but it doesn’t stop it shrinking
consuming thymus gives you nutrients that support thymus

why waste time "getting them back"
why consume even more food to "get them back"
because it healthier f****t, and mmost of the time theres still enough of the nutrients left
what is "doing it right"
why should you have to rely on "doing it right"
not overcooking it is doing it right
and u have to rely on being lucky when buying ur raw meat and u have to rel< on getting lucky to get one that doesnt have salmonella or parasites

because it healthier f****t, and mmost of the time theres still enough of the nutrients left
how is losing nutrients and moisture healthier? How is making it more difficult for your body to process healthier?
Still "enough" "getting back" are compromises inherent to UNHEALTHIER foods
not overcooking it is doing it right
So just have it basically raw anyways like searing or rare?
and u have to rely on being lucky when buying ur raw meat and u have to rel< on getting lucky to get one that doesnt have salmonella or parasites
There's no luck involved really

yo g make a guide on raw meat and its benefits

how is losing nutrients and moisture healthier? How is making it more difficult for your body to process healthier?
Still "enough" "getting back" are compromises inherent to UNHEALTHIER foods
ur not losing them, ur reducing them, most of the time theres still enough left
and u know that u can eat healthier foods with the rest of the nutrienst right? and if u also eat other things rich in nutriesnt, then ur diet wont be as boring
So just have it basically raw anyways like searing or rare?
no
just not OVER cooked
There's no luck involved really
what else then´?

ur not losing them, ur reducing them,
losing = reducing
most of the time theres still enough left
okay again "enough"
how is that healthier?
and u know that u can eat healthier foods with the rest of the nutrienst right?
what healthier foods are there than raw meat? raw organs?
and if u also eat other things rich in nutriesnt, then ur diet wont be as boring
why would i want to eat more stuff? why would i care about it being "boring"?
no

just not OVER cooked
so what specifically
what else then´?
Well just how would it be luck? Raw meat from grocer is fine

losing = reducing
ye but again, most of the time there are still enough left
okay again "enough"
how is that healthier?
too much isnt healthy either
what healthier foods are there than raw meat? raw organs?
Lentils, Beans, Chickpeas, Oats, Broccoli, Kale, Spinach, Walnuts, Almonds, Flax Seeds, Chia Seeds, Soybeans, Tofu, Tempeh, Blueberries, Sweet Potatoes, Avocado, Quinoa
Brussels, Sprouts and Mushrooms to just mention a few
why would i want to eat more stuff? why would i care about it being "boring"?
well, because it is healthier and tastes better
so what specifically
dont cook it too much or too hot, especially dont cook it too much over coal
Well just how would it be luck? Raw meat from grocer is fine
well, only if ur lucky and grab one that doesnt have parasites

ye but again, most of the time there are still enough left
"enough" man thats not ideal for health
too much isnt healthy either
yeah, and you won't have "too much"
you just get what you need from the food and move on, no mental gymnastics on nutrients
Lentils, Beans, Chickpeas, Oats, Broccoli, Kale, Spinach, Walnuts, Almonds, Flax Seeds, Chia Seeds, Soybeans, Tofu, Tempeh, Blueberries, Sweet Potatoes, Avocado, Quinoa
Brussels, Sprouts and Mushrooms to just mention a few
all unhealthy or neutral
well, because it is healthier and tastes better
why is it healthier?
dont cook it too much or too hot, especially dont cook it too much over coal

well, only if ur lucky and grab one that doesnt have parasites
they mostly won't have parasites and even if do won't effect negatively

"enough" man thats not ideal for health
enough is literally all u need
yeah, and you won't have "too much"
you just get what you need from the food and move on, no mental gymnastics on nutrients
wrong. u get too much, and just shit the rest out. u get what u need from cooked food too
all unhealthy or neutral
how the fuck are these unhealthy? smartest tiktok carnivore edits reposter
why is it healthier?
because raw meat isnt that healthy (meat in general fries ur cardiovascular system and raises the risk for cancer, btu raw meat also has parasites and salmonella or infections n shii)
they mostly won't have parasites and even if do won't effect negatively
they mostly do, and yes, most of them will effect u negtively

-Has full moisture / water content
-Has nutrients
-Has saturated animal fats
-Causes zero gut issues
-Potentially improves gut issues
-Causes zero other issues with bodily functions and perhaps improves them
there arent any

-Has full moisture / water content
-Has nutrients
-Has saturated animal fats
-Causes zero gut issues
-Potentially improves gut issues
-Causes zero other issues with bodily functions and perhaps improves them
its not tasty

enough is literally all u need
Incorrect and unsustainable
wrong. u get too much, and just shit the rest out. u get what u need from cooked food too
you were just telling me earlier to consume more foods because cooked meat is "enough"
how the fuck are these unhealthy? smartest tiktok carnivore edits reposter
I don't use TikTok. Anyhow, these are unhealthy because they disrupt the gut with harmful mechanisms inside them. Some are neutral.
because raw meat isnt that healthy (meat in general fries ur cardiovascular system and raises the risk for cancer, btu raw meat also has parasites and salmonella or infections n shii)
We already discussed this. and no it doesn't "fry" your cardiovascular system.
they mostly do, and yes, most of them will effect u negtively
false

Incorrect and unsustainable
enough means its all u NEED
you were just telling me earlier to consume more foods because cooked meat is "enough"
enough if u compare it to raw meat, but even raw meat doesnt have every nutrient that u need
I don't use TikTok. Anyhow, these are unhealthy because they disrupt the gut with harmful mechanisms inside them. Some are neutral.
lie
We already discussed this. and no it doesn't "fry" your cardiovascular system.
