when your already lean tho with little muscle definition eat at maintece calories or very soght bulk and train hard at a workout split that works for you if you obese like my adhd rommate get off your couch stop eating a box of krispie kream and go workout while in a deficit with enough protein for both.

If you're obese/overweight this is the best option, later once you've gain strength and lose a large amount of fat, you can start weighted bodyweight training. For the female gaze better be aesthetic than a bloated gymcel on sarms
 
Don't forget the raw meat

If you raw meat you will ascend naturally without gym
