Got my phone taken for four days for skipping a day of school I could afford

Never have I told myself “this is the week” so many times before

Other people will purposely make your life harder than it needs to be simply because they have a needlessly high Ego, so fucking problematic and personal, stupid and disgusting.

I got my car taken away last week and still haven't gotten it back! We're both victims of unjust consequences... except I would never purposefully skip school.

It was one morning (I usually get up later than the rest of my family), but my mom decided a few days back that she wanted me to drive my siblings to school. So she told me to take the kids, and I hadn't even finished my breakfast! So I asked, "Why am I now taking the kids?" in an annoyed tone, and she told me to hand over my keys! The thing is that she all of a sudden decided to inconvenience me, and I feel like she was trying to punish me by making me have to start my day earlier, so I wanted to know why all of a sudden I have to get up early. MF then went on a rant about how she was trying to teach me responsibility and told me I was being selfish. At that point I was like you're actually crazy (didn't say it tho!), and that was it. I asked a question and I got my keys taken away.

It's also a very random choice of trying to teach me responsibility. like I've never been late to school, I have a job, and usually 3 sports a year! Even if she's trying to teach me a bunch of lessons right before I leave for college, if I didn't already have these skills it would be really delayed. Someone tell that I'm not crazy for thinking that I was in the right.

she already told you days beforehand though this was your fault and your responsibility

This isn’t some impulsive act that otherwise wouldn’t had a consequence if it wasn’t for an outside factor (a person on an ego trip)
