i live in switzerland so idk about yall but i often see for example worse looking janitors but better looking doctors
idk if ts genuinely pretty privilege but i’ve been to doctors often and like 80% of the time they are mtn/mtb or over i’m not even joking

Pretty privilege plays a part, but a large part of it is just adhering to the higher dressing standards these jobs have.

Put that janitor in good clothes and give him the same healthy lifestyle (better job -> better lifestyle choices) the doctor is living, I doubt there is going to be a large difference.
