This is high-key cringe but I start obsessing over random ass people who are nice to me and for legit months my whole mood depends on how they treat me and interact with me and if they seem to distant, I cut them off and lose all sense of admiration I once had for them

I get that but for me it’s instantly, that person might just talk to me for the first time and my brain shifts instantly, my whole day revolves around them, every choice I make is based on if the person would approve of it, etc.
