gym is making me frustrated

i used to only eat 800kcals a day max and lose weight quickly, now im going to the gym and eating 1200-1300 kcals and the scale is dropping much slower

but i get too hungry so if i dont eat these kcals i will end up binging i hate my lifeeeeeee

any tips?

keep a 500 deficit from ur maintenance even if u lose weight quicker. You will build muscle like this and extreme deficits dont allow that

yeah im losing body fat but i still love seeing the scale going down im still very fat

i think i will get to an aggressive deficit again and stop doing cardio tbh
 
This is a woman btw, GLP-1 Agonist sure but those are just appetite suppressors mainly which she doesn't have a problem with since she is literally starving herself

stick to a 400-800 calories deficit, don't go any higher than that. if you keep on your aggressive cut you'll end up with annoying loose skin (assuming that you're starting very fat).
you can drop the weightlifting and only do cardio if you want, but cardio combined to lifting helps you scult your body for when you lose your fat. as a woman you should only train legs and back -alot of women train abs aswell but i personally find abs on a woman disgusting.

this may be a struggle but if you cout out 5-10% of your maintenance caloric intake, you will lose weight at a solid pace (weight in fat) mind that if you do rt, you will keep some of your weight (you won't see the balance change) because of the fact that as you lose fat, you will be gaining muscle. it kinda cancels out.

stick to a clean and balanced diet and you'll get the best results out of both gym and dieting. also, if you're over 20, and fasting makes you feel good, hop into IF, it'll make you feel good and boost your overall health..don't forget to sleep well
