After I first got rejected by a girl when I was 16 (hooray), I started doing calisthenics 5 days a week during my summer break and got a bit toned. When I took off my shirt during a school beach activity, I got some crazy female validation and compliments on my physique. I never got this ever again even though I continued working out and got in better shape because I didn’t really let anyone see my physique.

gym is not cope but idk man, I don't think it's important

It’s not just about the physique, working out makes you feel better about yourself and more confident. But I’m glad ppl think it’s cope less competition for me

it is, doesn't do shit and will decrease ur smv if you're short
We talk about calisthenics, not sarms/roids bodybuilding. Being fit, lean & athletic is still better than being skinny fat

Lean athletic physiques have more appeal than mass monsters freaks anyway
