gym might be the only way

Most guys are sensitive about their body perception and have neuroses about their sizes. Putting your confidence into that is stupid. Don't do gym for validation.

Basic looksmax. See Lee priest, he is not attractive. The more your workout the more like him you will look. Short dudes full of muscle are not attractive, quiet the opposite, they look ridiculous and insecure
 
But yeah, working out is good for health and not being fat is good for looksmaxing..., but don't be psychologically hijacked by that @AJis18

ye, get a good physique man, if u think ur face ain't making the cut, then the rest of u will. learn, study, read, exercise, and be a more empathetic person

Most people dont have to worry about "taking it too far" muscle doesnt just magically appear, I say gymmax, unless you're roiding you probably won't even look like you workout like most natty guys.

gonna do a powerlifting program on may 5th while cutting weight, honestly the girls at the gym don't look bad they're really attractive. Especially the Pilate girls

Texas program
Monday – Volume Day


  • Squat: 5x5
  • Bench Press or Overhead Press: 5x5
  • Deadlift: 1x5

Wednesday – Recovery Day


  • Light Squat: 2x5
  • Press opposite of Monday (OHP or Bench): 3x5
  • Chin-Ups: 3 sets to failure
  • Back Extensions or GHR: 5x10

Friday – Intensity Day


  • Heavy Squat: work up to 1 top set
  • Same press as Monday: 1 top set
  • Power Cleans or Snatches: 5–6 sets of 3–2 reps

    I'd like to do this because I heard its good for a decent frame and I'm Novice at the gym



    FB EOD is something I might after I hit my pr's with this program also sorry for shit formatting
