is what ive been telling myself for the past few months after i leanmaxxed down to sub 70kg from 78kg in a week back in november

then i realised just now that im a twig

i might maingain to high 70s

funny ass story, i documented the experience on .org

i somehow got my hands on some sema, accidentally OD'd that shit, and i genuinely had to go to the toilet to throw up once every hour or two for the first 2-3 days

i might talk about the experience another time bc i was tweaking the entire week, 6.5/10 experience was kinda hilarious

I have a good athletic build

if anything overall my body is aesthetic bc i have 31 inch waist and 19inch bidelt at 182cm (not teramogger measurements ik but they're v good) and my legs are naturally big and defined

only problem is my arms are skinny as hell its not a good look, my back is mid too my lats only look decent because of my waist

i might spam bicep curls, tricep extensions and lat raises, get a few barbell rows in there

Nice, mirin. I don't gymcel anymore, but when I occasionally lift, I train the things worth training to fraud frame. Nice work.
