I've been rocking a little bit of gyno for a bit over 2 years now. Is it going to dissapear soon or do I need treatment?

It runs in my blood:
Father got surgically removed at 16
Brothers (twins) had it for some time, i don't know exact numbers.

Do do steroids then it will make it worse
 
Animal based diet, if its genetic you need surgery though
