17m South Korean 18% bf, anyone have suggestions for surgery? Was considering a genio in conjunction with paranasal implants + radix implants and a rhino, maybe a commisuroplasty aswell. I’ve had braces, have a narrow palate, 4 premolar extractions, moderately downgrown mouth breathing face. Is orthognathic surgery even worth it? I’m aware the potential for getting dog faced is high for projecting jaws for Asians
