Has anybody deadass used one of these lip widener splint things to widen their mouth before.

I want to widen mine but this genuinely looks like a nasolabial folds speedrun or something.

Don't use them the changes are temporary and they just damage the tissue overtime

Apparently your supposed to wear it in your mouth and do weird excersizes and it’ll stretch the muscles out overtime

Yes the tissue will stretch and adapt to the stress but after a while it will go back to what it used to look like you need to get surgery for permenant results
