asian beauty standards also involve being short, childlike and recessed i wouldn’t follow them
Im talking asia as a whole not just east asia, those aren’t the standard where i live lol

But yea it doesn’t really matter what the standards are the point is to look good to the people around you

i’ve used traditional skin bleaching creams and they do work but they’re also trash for your skin barrier
stick with hydroquinone

a lot of them do contain hydroquinone but it’s often mixed with like kojic acid and other chemicals. i still use it as like a spot treatment on certain areas that i have hyperpigmentation. but when i used to use it for my entire face it made me look grey especially because it didn’t lighten my eye bags.

Ohh i thought skin bleach was mainly mercury or something like that

Have you used just hydroquinone on its own?

Bro if you do that you could also just swimm in dangerous acid

forget about hydroquinone and just take gluthathione capsules 1,200mg a day to be exact and have a skincare routine (ones that remove hyperpigmentation) with sunscreen spf 30+ in the morning everyday

Why

gluthathione lightens your skin and is overall good for nutrients and sunscreen lightens ur skin as well as it protects your skin from uv rays/tanning. you can still apply hydroquinone for your dark spots but it's just a suggestion when you don't have access to it
