ive been doing it for around 10-14 years, and 10 on realistic scale, also it might make you somewhat schizo and you might hear other people talking in your head but its worth it (theyre just like whispers and its easy to ignore)

yeah.. only takes like 5 or so years to reach a 6-7 on realism though
