Just take 20mg a day for a few months until acne goes away and then 5mg every other day for maintenance also don’t use any harsh stuff on your face and use sunscreen since you can get burnt and irritated

im 85kg so would 40mg make more sense?

10mg a day at 48kg made me feel so bad but you can try 70mg even. I just don’t think it’s necessary if you don’t have insane acne

yeah i really just have acne around my mouth, probably hormonal, its not very bad, a derm wouldn't prescribe me accutane for it :/
The tablets i orders are 20mg so may as well start with that i guess.
How long did it take for your acne to start clearing up? Cant find a definite answer online

It was really quick for me since I don’t have acne and took it to shrink my nose, I had a few spots on my forehead and it went away after a month id say.
