Discussion Have any of you ascended

ascended to low htn, got like 5 snowbunnies in my roster now all mtb-htb
 
Subhuman to high mtn-mid htn, depending on who rates.

Went from truecel fat ltn to high mtn - borderline lhtn.

Truly. Worth it fully.as I said, I'm not done, I know that I will continue ascending. Still letting my hair grow out longer, always growing my eyelashes and brows, been working on my frame, transitioning to a closer to raw primal diet, and still leaning a bit more down. I will probably be a mid htn fully maxed out and when I tan too.
