I'm 15, and when I was 12, I lost a lot of weight really fast by eating too few calories, which I now realize wasn’t healthy. I went from 75.8 kg to 52 kg, mostly eating the same foods. I’m worried it may have slowed my puberty since my breast growth has been minimal, and I haven’t grown taller—I’m stuck at 5’7”. I’m also dealing with bloating and feel torn. I can’t slim down any more without being underweight, but if I try to bulk up for curves, I worry it’ll make my facial bloating worse. I feel stuck and don’t know what to do next. Also is it true that if you can't debloat that you might just be boneless?

Also, is it true that estrogen won’t do anything for biological females?

Did you face got sharper when you was 52kg ?

Yeah people health and genetics improved through centuries due to better nutrition. If you're a woman breast increases due to mainly genetics and enough food

and I haven’t grown taller—I’m stuck at 5’7”
Unless you want to modelling, why do you want to grow taller as a woman ? You improve your future dating life by not being a tall ass woman. Women are genetically shorter on average than men

I’m also dealing with bloating
I worry it’ll make my facial bloating worse
Women's Bloating can come from 3 problems :
1/ Poor gut health, so adding pre/probiotics (kefir, sauerkraut, probiotics etc) and activated charcoal if intestinal gas
2/ Hormonal changes during periods, so you need to eat omega 3s, foods high in iron and B12, vitamin D etc
3/ Poor hydration and not pissing enough to evacuate fluids. So drinking sparkling water, regular water and adding potassium chloride as salt substitute is a good option

feel torn
feel torn ? explain ?

So you should lean bulking instead. Get rid of junk food and refined sugars, and having an animal based diet with eggs, sardines, liver, yogurt, kefir, cooking in animal fats, olive oil etc and adding lot of fruits and vegetables, sometimes honey and more complex carbs around your workouts like oats flakes

For curves you should focus on lower body workouts with a focus on legs and glutes @pompompurino

Edit : add light cardio like walking to evacuate fluids and improve heart and bloodflow

Also, is it true that estrogen won’t do anything for biological females?
Estrogen (mainly estradiol) is the most important core hormone for women, because this hormone is responsible of your feminity, but of your health also (fertility, developpment of female sexual characteristics like breast developpment or vagina/organs health for example). So having a proper natural diet, with proper sleep and physical activity can helps, alongside not smoking, drinking, not using medications or any kind of drugs

Just like men need fats to produce testosterone from the testicles, women need also fat to build estradiol from the ovaries

No not at all, it was still so round. At the time I always thought about losing more weight simply for facial slimming.

Ikkk but i just hate it when i walk past a woman and she's taller than me i like feeling superior to other people and my height used to help me with that , but not anymore i just feel like i have a lot of potential to grow more ,but it's stopping cause my body is messed up.
feel torn ? explain ?
Just torn between the choices that's all its either I gain weight and worsen my bloating to be curvier, or I lose weight and basically become anorexic to slim my face but then also lose my sorry excuses for breasts and ass.

Women mog other women with faces and thick booty, not height. You aren't in a male competition, you shouldn't be worried about height. Taller a woman is, the lesser she has a reliable dating pool, especially if your want a taller bf

Instead of gaining weight, you should gain muscle mass on the lower body, you can still lose fat or at least maintaining
ask @pompompurino she's a girl who working out

you need to start weight training, losing weight that fast definitely impacted the lean muscle mass you had. get into the gym and start going 2x a week for just legs if that’s what you want to prioritize then as you get used to that you can incorporate the other upper body muscle groups. you need to be eating at maintenance or slightly above (100-200 cals above) CONSISTENTLY, you need to be eating a high protein diet, and you need to be sleeping well to recover (there’s other things but this is as simple as it gets). training wise you need to go pretty heavy and preferably as close to failure to promote hypertrophy. it takes LOTS of time to build muscle, progress is very slow so you must be patient and consistent with it.

almost forgot to mention how important progressive overload is, you must be trying to progress weekly. this ensures what you’re doing is truly working. either by upping the weight or getting in more reps even if it’s just one extra rep. stay in the 8-12 rep range, if you go above 12 you can 100% raise the weight.

Totally forgot to mention that extreme weight loss to anorexia can lead to hormonal problems. Some women had zero estradiol production, their period stopped

and what if I can't go to the gym should i buy those small weights?

I experienced this same thing! I found that the best way to avoid ruining ur metabolism any further and helping resume your growth is to focus on eating a lot of healthy fats and protein. Try light strength training, avoid heavy lifting and intense cardio as it can slow ur development during this period. It sounds like you struggle with disordered eating so please avoid any strict regimes or methods that can develop into obsessive habits. Talk to a OBGYN about possible birth control options for breast development if you’re super concerned about that. However, you’re only 15 so I would give it time and be kind to yourself! 😊

no u didnt ruined your body, female height doesnt really matter. Rapid weight loss during puberty 13yo - 16 yo is gonna affect growth of your bones as they dont have enough nutrients for them to increase in size. Iam 193 cm but judging by my father height and mothers - 192cm plus 178cm i shoold be a lot of taller but didnt reach it probably because i cut down like 50 kgs in span of few months during the time when i had rapid growth at 15 - 16 , nearly starving myself. If u want to reach your genetic potential and dont be fat - lift weights ,yes even as girl dont worry u will not became muscular. In fact u will look better , u can go on slight caloric lean bulk. U will grow ass, legs and your height should increase and overall you will feel better as your hormones should adjust well.

THANK YOU <3 <3

The issue with starvation in girls is that they have a very narrow window in which to grow taller because their bodies produce a significant amount of estrogen directly during and after puberty, plus they convert a bit of whatever testosterone they produce to estrogen via aromatase (which is how guys produce estrogen). With guys there's usually a 2 to 6 year gap where they get a lot of HGH before the testosterone really spikes in mid to late puberty, so they have a chance to grow before estrogen production from testosterone conversion shuts that down.

Estrogen closes growth plates in bones, so for girls whatever height and bone structure you get within 2 or 3 years of puberty is 99% of what you will ever get. If you want to be tall and thin, and have a nice jawline and cheekbones that will give you hollow cheeks, this is when you need to nutrition maxx.

This is why girls should be fed vitamins D3, K1, K2, B vitamins, and the minerals calcium, magnesium, and iodine from about age 7 to 15. They also need a lot of protein and especially collagen during this time. It will be an ugly duckling phase for many girls, but those that stick with it always end up looking at least decent and often much better by the time they hit 16. The girls that try to starvation-maxx to avoid getting fat end up with the skeletal structure they had when they started starving themselves, but their soft tissue (organs, muscle, fat) keeps growing. The most disciplined starvation-maxxers end up looking like fat 12 year olds with tube tits for the rest of their lives, and with terminal chipmunk face to boot.

If you only started doing it once you hit 5'7" you were probably pretty close to your maximum height and facial bone growth. How tall are your parents and siblings? If you're not signifcantly shorter than them, then you probably didn't miss much.

Aesthetics aside, the health issues starvation causes in girls and women is essentially early onset menopause due to lack of menstruation, similar to how female to male trans types skip puberty to go straight to menopause. It is usually temporary, but it can become permanent if you starve yourself long and severe enough. The specific issues include osteoporosis, sterility, fast aging of skin due to lack of collagen production (and saggy tits/ass for the same reason), all kinds of mood and mental health problems, propensity towards diabetes and other autoimmune disorders.

If you want to get taller there's probably not much benefit to doing so, but giving yourself a slightly stronger jawline or cheekbones could hollow your cheeks a bit. Just don't bogdanof yourself and you'll be fine.

Supposedly researchers found a way to do this with a less invasive surgery - I made a topic on it here - but I haven't found any way to contact the researchers or had any respond to emails. If I do, I'll update the thread.

Other than that your best option is to structure your workout routine around your body shape, body size, and facial aesthetics.

Not really, you were probably done growing taller/wider/thicker bones at 15.

You didn't answer my question, how tall are your parents and siblings compared to you?

If you're taller than your mother and the tallest daughter then you're probably fine. Not having a large frame - lacking wide shoulders, a thick chest, or large bones in your arms and legs - is probably just genetics and not a huge issue.

You should still take a combo vitamin K1, K2, and D3 supplement along with some calcium from skim milk just for bone health, but it's just health maintenance at this point.

If you can't easily debloat then go the opposite direction and add a bunch of muscle. You'll look thinner because the same amount of fat will be spread across a larger area. Look for a gym with a reverse hyper as that's the safest way to strengthen your back, ass, and back of your legs, then do walking lunges for quads/flexibility, and just use machines to strengthen upper body, abs, and core.

If you want to strengthen your neck without injuring it, hang your head and shoulders straight as a board over the side of a platform in the prone, supine, left lateral, and right lateral positions for a certain amount of time, then increment the time and number of sets. If this becomes too time consuming, buy an Iron Neck and attach a 1 to 2.5 lb weight to it then do the same. I also use yoga mats to cushion the rest of my body on the platform as I do this, and I do it for physical therapy and to get a thicker neck.

Your personality - specifically not being an entitled cunt who hates men - is 1/3 of your ability to attract men. Not being disgustingly fat is another 1/3, and not being old (greater than 35) is the final 1/3.

But when my sister was my age she had melons and mom also has a good size, can it still be genetics?

I don't know anything about the genetics of human breast size other than large breasts are strongly associated with higher intelligence and more autistic traits. Maybe you're just more normal personality-wise or less intelligent than your sister and mom?

It's not all bad, you have a lower risk of breast cancer since there are fewer cells to mutate.
