The issue with starvation in girls is that they have a very narrow window in which to grow taller because their bodies produce a significant amount of estrogen directly during and after puberty, plus they convert a bit of whatever testosterone they produce to estrogen via aromatase (which is how guys produce estrogen). With guys there's usually a 2 to 6 year gap where they get a lot of HGH before the testosterone really spikes in mid to late puberty, so they have a chance to grow before estrogen production from testosterone conversion shuts that down.
Estrogen closes growth plates in bones, so whatever height and bone structure you get within 2 or 3 years of puberty is 99% of what you will ever get. If you want to be tall and thin, and have a nice jawline and cheekbones that will give you hollow cheeks, this is when you need to nutrition maxx.
This is why girls should be fed vitamins D3, K1, K2, B vitamins, and the minerals calcium, magnesium, and iodine from about age 7 to 15. They also need a lot of protein and especially collagen during this time. It will be an ugly duckling phase for many girls, but those that stick with it always end up looking at least decent and often much better by the time they hit 16. The girls that try to starvation-maxx to avoid getting fat end up with the skeletal structure they had when they started starving themselves, but their soft tissue (organs, muscle, fat) keeps growing. The most disciplined starvation-maxxers end up looking like fat 12 year olds with tube tits for the rest of their lives, and with terminal chipmunk face to boot.
If you only started doing it once you hit 5'7" you were probably pretty close to your maximum height and facial bone growth. How tall are your parents and siblings? If you're not signifcantly shorter than them, then you probably didn't miss much.
Aesthetics aside, the health issues starvation causes in girls and women is essentially early onset menopause due to lack of menstruation, similar to how female to male trans types skip puberty to go straight to menopause. It is usually temporary, but it can become permanent if you starve yourself long and severe enough. The specific issues include osteoporosis, sterility, fast aging of skin due to lack of collagen production (and saggy tits/ass for the same reason), all kinds of mood and mental health problems, propensity towards diabetes and other autoimmune disorders.
If you want to get taller there's probably not much benefit to doing so, but giving yourself a
slightly stronger jawline or cheekbones could hollow your cheeks a bit. Just don't bogdanof yourself and you'll be fine.
Supposedly researchers found a way to do this with a less invasive surgery -
I made a topic on it here - but I haven't found any way to contact the researchers or had any respond to emails. If I do, I'll update the thread.
Other than that your best option is to structure your workout routine around your body shape, body size, and facial aesthetics.
