Having trouble with actually maintaining the debloat

I always lock in for a month and go from lmtn to mmtn-hmtn from debloating, then after a few weeks my face just balloons back up and I look worse than before?? How do i maintain this guys

I think there’s a thread on debloating maybe check the must reads, from what I can rmbr there can be health concerns with debloating for extended amounts of time but don’t quote me on it. Just check the thread.
