a lot of people think health maxing is taking 738284 supplements you just need to be a healthy weight, sleep well, eat well and don’t be so stressed and that’s basically it unless you’re genetics are crazy cooked

im not a doctor so don’t cancel me if this shit isn’t 100% accurate 😂😂

in which case it does not simply boil down to those things and instead may well include taking supplements

admittedly the amount of supplements people end up taking often has diminishing returns and sometimes negative effects

im talking about getting avoiding getting diseases/issues not stuff like working out but that is still very useful of course but if you’re fucking obese and sleep like shit and got hella cortisol you’re probably gonna have some hard to avoid issues buddy
