there aren't really any other methods to increase your height besides sarms, everything else is cope. basic shit like getting enough sleep, nutrient-dense food, being physically active, having no deficiencies can help but don't expect anything too crazy.

I am in the same situation. Sorry to give you the news but the only way to increase it at this point would be continuing to eat good food, sleep, and start injecting hgh if your growth plates are still open

depends on ur bone age nd stuff if it's accelerated, delayed,etc
