Hello Everyone! Wanted introduce myself by sharing my daily routine and such.

Morning: vanicream cleanser, ice on face, and attitude foundation, mascara, spf 30 sunscreen.
Night: vanicream cleanser, the ordinary retinal 0.1% emulsion, rosehip seed oil, niacinamide + zinc. (rotating to prevent reactions)
Weekly: derma roller .75mm face and neck. .25mm eye area, nose.

Sleep: mouth tape, sleep on floor with pillow and cushion behind legs.

Diet: normal people diet like chicken eggs beef with rice, beans, peppers, onions, and carrots. Avoiding gluten and milk. which eliminates cakes and ice cream.
Snack: I like to have pistachio nuts and navel orange.

Supplement:
Morning: Plant based multivitamin, k2, nicotinamide riboside, acetyl l-carnitine, alpha lipoic acid, resveratrol.
Night: magnesium malate, creatine, collagen, potassium citrate, whey isolate.

Exercise: I used to run twice a day for the last 4 years but cutting it to once a day with minimal cushioned and barefoot shoes like vivo, xero, altra.
Rotating a 30 lb stainless steel sheet of metal inside a backpack (to prevent rust) with 5 lb dumbell runs and non weighted tempo.

I don't have a specific target here but it might be a good enough to stay looking good. Although that one AI attractiveness test thing is giving me a 6.2 which I will have to accept.

Why avoid milk?

Why plant based k2? its less bioavailable

don't ice face daily, is the zinc topical? add ghk-cu and tret

Vitamins were plant based. Most in the market are in toxicity level of b12 which I don't like.
Not the K2. Those are trans menaquinone-7. But do take the K1 phytonadione that is plant based.
Zinc is topical every other days in rotation with retinal and hip seed oil daily. I don't take the topical side too seriously because diet matters more I believe.
ghk-cu seems like a great addition. I will take a look at them.

Avoiding milk because of reactions that it has caused me in the past. It could've been the bread, but staying clear out of foods that cause acne and redness.

What kind of running? There's a difference between sprinting and distance on physique. Not that it matters but if you don't do enough sprinting and only distance you'll end up thin like ya boi and most people would like to be a bit bigger.

I've been doing long distance since HS. Moved to marathon but my arms does get eaten away from running too much. You are right. I love LD running but I can see how it is bad for long term health and looks in general.

I just gave in cause I love it too and it's good for my other goals. It's completely reasonable to keep doing it for mental but maybe cut down a bit more. The hours of cardio daily is calorically intensive so keep that in mind as well.
