I've been softmaxxing for a while and it hasn't worked any. For reference i'm still in puberty but i've reached a stagnant stage in bone growth. As of almost a year ago, I think, I haven't grown but half an inch. This has lead me to believe my growth plates may have fused, so I got an x-ray and they have not. I did not go to the doctor for my growth I simply said my arm got hit and hurt from my sport and I got the x-ray. Anyways my father is 6'2 my mother is 5'7 but i'm only 5'9 (and a half). I need to know what I could do for growth? As well as looks because i'm genuinely subhuman. But first I need to know what peptides could be stacked in order to increase height? I know I have to take aromatase inhibitors in order to slow down the fusion of my growth plates as well as an igf/hgh alerting peptide but i'm not sure which. Also as far as looks go I've tried a calorie deficit but I have insulin resistance so it takes extreme discipline to lose weight which is why I think I might start pinning retaglutide. As well as ghk-cu for my horrid skin (which i've used topically but have seen little results). I'm not to well informed on peptides as, to be honest, i'm a grey. I've only really been in the niche since late 2022 and mainly focused on softmaxxing until recently, so I don't know much on peptides and other hardmaxxing means. So other than pinning any other hardmaxxing tips are appreciated. Please understand I am a grey and don't know much about peptides please correct anything I've said that's wrong or any assumptions about peptides I'm wrong about.

(this is longer than I expected, but I hope you read all the way through, it's a high iq response)

growth plates not being fused doesn't guarentee growth. late‑puberty growth (usually) slows to 0–1 inch before stopping. half an inch in a year at your stage is (unfortunately) normal. mid‑parental height for you is 6'0-1". being 5’9.5 right now doesn’t mean you’ll hit that. genetics give a range, not guarentee. aromatase inhibitors do not magically make you taller. but it can stunt growth, mess up bone density (forever mind you) and insulin sensitivity, etc etc. don't be stupid. same for gh/igf peptides. risks outweigh possible benefits.

using retatrutide/GLP‑1s without a doctor is playing russian roulette. u'll probably lose a couple pounds. also you can fuhck your body up forever. most important, don't cutting calories into the floor like a r****d. (been there, done that)

extreme deficits + puberty = stalled growth + worse insulin resistance. insane combo.

realitypill: 5'9.5" is normal male height, not everyone can be 6'2". and ur still in puberty w/ decent genetics. ur actively training and thinking about health, which is sadly more than most do. ur prob not as cooked as you think, and if you are then start hardmaxxing after puberty. what u can do is sleep 8-9 hours (growth hormone secreted in deep sleep), lift heavy/progressive overload, eat enough protein and micronutrients (zinc, vitamin d, calcium, etc etc), posture if needed. if u want the full truth on ur height, pediatric endocrinologist and bone age scan will tell u the full story.

Ok thank you but sadly 5'9 will kill me, are you absolutely sure that there is nothing that can be done to increase height other then protein and micronutrients? (i'm already tracking/following them) From my understanding I do have another growth spurt or at least few years of growing left (I have no facial hair or any late puberty signs) I also was a late ish bloomer. This is why I was wondering if synthetic boosting of hgh during that time as well as blocking (most) estrogen production would be beneficial for height but I do understand genetics play a role. It should be noted that ancestral genetics on my fathers side average at 6'5 and my mothers at 5'9 but I am aware this does not necessarily mean i'll have any better genetics for growth but I understand it does play a role. So practically just thinking would boosting hgh levels during the said predicted period of growth possibly cause more growth or at least bone density? Also thank you.

nothing meaningful or safe to increase height. sleep like a monk, eat like a fitness trainer, workout like a gymbro. estrogen is required for proper growth plate function btw.

and with this new info, i'm gonna say you'll end up 5'11 or slightly below.

realistic range: 5'10 – 5'11.5. this is just a probabilistic estimate based on familial patterns and mid-parental height formula. all ur data points to u being in the last-mile phase. so usually one more inch in microbursts, spread out over 12-24 months.
