im new into this, just wanna look better... Started this morning exercises for jawline (2 version of chin tucks, and towel thing) i started to drink 4l water a day and i also started at the end of the gym session, I threw in some light cardio. Im looking to do this till i see some changes.
opinions, advices and some good exercises for chin???

the chin tucks and towel stuff are cope, i’m sorry to break it to you. although the water, gym, and cardio definitely aren’t! the best ways to maxx yourself out without surgeries are choosing the healthy option. eating whole foods, cutting down on ultra processed foods, losing body fat, etc. no exercises can fix any part of the face.

I'm considering surgery for my face but that's because I'm 18 an dbones have fused be honest nose breathing and mewing is importat ind development water gym cardio also improant but if your still in development lean bulk on healthy fats and high protein low carb. don't fuck up like I did mouth breathe and eat junk throughout puberty while stayin gon a cut
