i think my doctor said my growth plates are done for so i am sorta stuck at this size forever. I am also trying to lighten my skin as my current complexion makes me look subhuman

Use tretinoin before bed and use sunscreen in the day. For body tan i use a remedy, Roast turmeric and add coffee in it and then some powdered coal, put some rice water till its pasty and then apply and massage for 5mins and leave it for 20mins then rinse it off.
