Welcome to the forum.
The quickest fix is to eat properly or to take supplements so your body can get what it needs that you're not getting from your primary diet. That might be hard because your body is probably not used to it and it would probably require you to eat a higher volume of food, which can make you nauseous. Increase your iron, zinc, and vitamin A intake. In general you should just take a multivitamin if you're struggling with your diet.
You should ask your doctor for a detailed blood panel or you can pay out of pocket for one at your local lab service center. That will tell you what you
actually need and what you should do next, rather than us assuming based off of limited information.
I looked this issue up out of curiosity and it's possible you're out of the window of opportunity to grow anymore. It's true that micronutrient deficiencies can stunt child growth, and that correcting your deficiencies can cause you to grow more - but all of these studies/papers were done in young children - as in the correction was made
in childhood and not
after puberty. The paper
The Effect of Micronutrient Deficiencies on Child Growth: A Review of Results from Community-Based Supplementation Trials by
Juan A. Rivera et al. summarizes the information pretty well if you're curious and want to learn more. With that being said, this paper was published in 2003. I tried finding more, but most of them were locked behind paywalls.
