Hey, I’m new here and honestly not sure where to even start.
Since I was a kid, I’ve always hated how I look. Most of the time I feel ashamed of my appearance, even though I try not to let it show.
I’ve got a pretty big forehead and a slightly receded hairline. My hair almost never looks good — most of the time it just looks straight-up bad, no matter what I try.
Also, whenever I smile, my upper cheeks pop out a lot, and it looks weird to me — especially since my face is really lean overall. It makes my facial balance feel completely off, and it's something I've become super self-conscious about.
This stuff has been messing with my confidence for years, and I finally decided to post here and maybe get some perspective from people who actually understand this whole journey.
If anyone’s dealt with similar issues — hairline, forehead size, facial harmony — and made improvements, I’d seriously appreciate any advice.
Not here to complain — I want to take action, I just need a direction.

Here's a pic of me — honestly not sure if I’m average or just plain unattractive, but this is literally the best version of me lol. I always have to keep my eyebrows raised to make my forehead look smaller, otherwise it just looks bad when relaxed

Yep, you're like 4/10

Edit: only thing really saving you is you're not overweight, but you do look like you could be leaner, if you leaned out a bit and lost the goofy glasses you could be 5/10
