Good afternoon to the users reading this,

I am a 22 year old North Indian female living in Canada. I look ethnically ambiguous

I won't be posting my face for privacy reasons, and also because I am already familiar with PSL. I am around HTB in looks.

I looked through the female rating guide, and these are the ideals I do not fulfill:

*Everything else falls in the ideal range!

MAY be fixed with surgery?

Note: can be fixed non-surgically, surgery not guaranteed for improvements, or surgeons may not consider me candidates for these procedures. I am not too fond of thread lifts, Botox, and filler either way.

- Long midface (around 0.75:1?)
- Eye shape (my medial canthus isn't sharp)
- Dark circles, tear trough, eye bags

- Narrow jaw compared to my cheekbones (I have diamond-shaped face)

- Blemished, uneven tone skin (I have breakouts from laser treatments, a few dark spots, and dark circles)

Can be fixed with surgery:
- Uneven facial thirds (my upper third is larger)

- FHWR (mainly due to my upper third. If I surgically corrected my forehead height, it would be in the ideal range)

- Nasofrontal angle (high, I have a Roman nose)

- Nasolabial angle (low, my nose is more neutral-tilted than upturned)

- Asymmetrical nostrils (medical issue)

Can be fixed non-surgically

- Symmetry (I have lazy eye and contact lenses with prism corrects it. I have hi-low eyebrows but reshaping them improves it)

- Low hair density (I have a malabsorption disorder and I'm also testing for autoimmune disease before investing in hair restoration treatment. I have mild hair loss along the crown)

Here are some other features I have been criticized over, which were absent from the guide:

- Low cranial top. Perhaps forehead reduction and hair restoration would fix this?

- Upper eyelid exposure - may be fixed surgically

- I don't have cat eyes

Salutations!
