double jaw surgery
the only way to advance the mid face is through lefort 2 but its quite invasive and expensive, but I have heard of people using implants to make the mid face look more advanced but im not educated enough on it to make a comment on it

also yes it is genetic, and dont fall for the "bone growth" cope methods, your bone structure is genetic

Probably not but make sure to debloat, do basic softmaxxing and you should be above average looking
