How can I look better?? (Better hair, lose face fat, ect.)

Need better photo bc angle isn’t showing much and hat
but groom eyebrows bc they look too heavy.
Hair looks damaged, use bond building and moisturizing products
and your philtrum is long, you can overline the upper lip to create an illusion of a shorter philtrum or get a lip flip
Possibly a rhino? Can’t tell bc of angle
Skin quality looks pretty good
