Help please

i just wanna start by saying I really hate myself. I’m really asymmetrical and it’s ruining my life, I tend to walk on the right side of the path, so my left (better side is visible) not smile with my mouth open as I have a narrow palate, bad teeth, not let people see me from my side (especially my right). I don’t want to get into too much detail, as there’s too much to say. As you can see, one side is way worse than the other and my smile is really really cheesy and ugly. By the way I’m also only 5,8 and even though my face looks fat I’m under 9% body fat. Im also 15 nearly 16 and I’m not growing anymore and won’t be able to get a palate expander before 18 but maybe braces just in time.

There's not much I can say, for your narrow palette try to check with an orthodontist and get an expander, @Nbernical knows a lot about it. For your negative canthal tilt and hooding, there's really not much you can do naturally so you gotta consider surgery if you really wanna change it.

Btw you don't look that bad tbh and I mean it. Learn to love yourself a bit.

There's not much I can say, for your narrow palette try to check with an orthodontist and get an expander, @Nbernical knows a lot about it. For your negative canthal tilt and hooding, there's really not much you can do naturally so you gotta consider surgery if you really wanna change it.

Thanks, i can’t get a palate expander before 18, im just gonna use vollufiline for hooding and either a canthoplasty when im older or try to make my NCT work for ecample, Jon Erik hexum, or sam dezz, but they’re their only flaws tbf

Hmm that’s weird I have heard that teens can get an expander but it must be because you have strict laws in your country .

No there’s just a 2-3 waiting list which I’m in for braces and my orthodontist said I can only get a palate expander after. Which would be post 18, so not free. But I’ll try and get a MARPE or any RPE in general
