my foundation is accidentally darker than my contour
contour looks dark but it blends in with my skin somehow i think my arm is just lighter than my face
can i just use my foundation as contour and contour as foundation or must i buy new ones

or maybe i can blend the foundation with lotion to make it lighter ?

They just have different undertones. Contour should be cool toned. Your contour is cool toned and your foundation seems perfectly fine?

it looks really yellow on my face when i did some testing and my contour just disappears but maybe im wrong i will just do my makeup the normal way then as you say
 
what does this mean
 
i dont think it would work as well as a contour as its a bit too yellow but if you aren’t against of using powder products i would say you could always use an eyeshadow as contour just make sure it has a cool undertone instead of warm
