Try building muscle mass while maintaining. Just shift your macros to high protein ( 1g per lb I think) maybe with a surplus of 100 cals above whatever you’re eating if necessary, and hit those weights. Basic movements, 3 to 5 times a week progressive overload. Add these on to whatever you’re doing and you’re good ( also dude you have my dream body wth!)
