I’ve already made some progress over the past year, as you can see, but I’m not satisfied yet. This is just the beginning. And no, I don’t have any kind of dysmorphia — I just want to reach my full potential. I’m sure most people here can relate to that.


I’m open to advice or even surgeries that could improve certain recessed areas of my face. I can’t quite pinpoint whether it’s my chin or jawline, but I’m sure some of you here are more knowledgeable in that area.

(picture 1) this was me at my biggest, pretty chopped as u can see
(picture 2) I was eating whatever i wanted and was lifting 3 times a week
(picture 3) at this point i was kinda watching what i eat but then just proceed to forget my diet and eat whatever i wanted but still was a little cautious about my diet
(picture 4) now this is me after starving myself and eating drinking nothing but fruits nuts and water this is my current state

like I've said before, open to any advice.
