Hey I'm ALTOIDZ. Heard about this site a while back and figured I'd check it out and maybe try some of the guides on here to make some improvements in my appearance. For now, I'm mostly interested in starting small with some softmaxxing and potentially some more unconventional stuff if it makes sense for my goals and if I don't think it's too stupid or risky to try. I've had some experience using things like peptides to treat injuries but nothing specifically for improving my physical appearance. I also have a couple body builder friends who compete in shows that have been coaching me for a little while now.

These days, I lift at least 3-4 days each week and eat pretty clean with a cheat meal on the weekends. Mostly quit smoking however, I have the occasional cigar with friends and I recently cut way back on my drinking because it seemed like it was getting in the way of me ascending.

Welcome brother. Remember, ascend and then leave for good. Don't get stuck here
