hi everyone, I'm vik and I just found out about this great platform.
I 'discovered' looksmaxxing/softmaxxing a month ago and since then i randomly tried to practice with some stuff i found on the net.
Let's say the most consistent things I am keeping up with right now are exercise, drainage morning and evening and an appropriate water intake.
I think i still have a long journey ahead and wanna improve, for example, facial symmetry, dark circles and sh+t, posture and jaw.
But I feel like I may be a little lost as it's the beginning.
Do you have any tips or else to suggest?
Thanks in advance <3

I think you're doing great, you got the basics
Stay hydrated, have a good posture (back, tongue on the roof), stay active and manage your stress (high level of cortisol causes a range of debilitating symptoms), the mood also have a great overall impact

Most importantly, know that looks isn't everyting but a big part of our journey
You'll be way better being externally beautiful while having such 'aura' , such charisma

damn ahahha, I meant like facial massage drainage. But a good bathroom break in the morning is more than welcome ig
Hey man
Drainage won't do shit because most odds are your lymphs are healthy so dw
If you're bloated in the morning then change your diet
