HGH and Retatrutide

Hey guys. My blood sugar has been elevated from gh ( usually just under 100ng) and I’m considering using Retatrutide to manage blood sugar. Chat gpt tells me I’m gonna die, but I don’t think that will happen. Anyone have any ideas on the safety and efficiency of that combo. I’m also worried that Reta will make it to hard to eat, so if anyone know a does that is good for managing blood sugar without too much apatite suppression let me know

I would recommend an actual supplement for blood sugar tho
