Hi everyone, I'm puddiing, or you can just call me Pudi for short. I'm 23F, and have been on my looksmaxxing journey since I turned 20. I never really joined one of these communities before, but I want to be around like-minded people and not feel judgement for being "vain" for caring about my appearance. I'm hoping to share some tips and tricks I've learned, as well as learn from others and provide a feminine perspective since this forum is primarily male-centric.

My main concerns at the moment are losing weight (I'm 200lbs at 5"3...not great) and improving facial aesthetics. I'll occasionally post weight/physique updates. I've previously lost up to 50-60 lbs but went on birth control for endometriosis and well...I'm off of it now and the weight hasn't come off. Stay the fuck away from birth control. With that out of the way, thanks for having me and I hope to learn a lot here.

I'm sorry, but being on birth control can't be your only excuse for being 5'3 and 200lbs.

It was a big contributing factor but definitely not the only reason, was also lack of exercise and shit diet. Before I went on bc when I was 150, doctor gave me a high dose because (her words) "I had aggressive endo." Had a crap mindset of "oh well I'm already gaining weight might as well eat whatever" and had a lot of fa friends at the time (cut them off now). Sorry if it seemed like that was the "only" reason, I would say it was responsible for 30 lbs and my personal shit choices were 20lbs. But what matters now is actually losing the weight. Currently on a 20% calorie deficit, 10k steps 5x a week, and strength training 3-4x a week.
