first thing id suggest is debloating; easiest way to think about the approach is to stop eating conventionally unhealthy foods, even if you hit your macros.

Keep it but just style it in a way that looks like it’s on purpose if you don’t see any growth, just maintain it and try to bring it back, if not turkey is cheap

for now I suggest going bald and tattoing your hairline back like in the image below, which is a scalp tattoo



this alone will enhance your looks, minoxidil can't and will never grow back dead hair cells and finasterinde will only prevent further receeding so it's too late, you should've used it years in advance.

Alternatively buy a toupee from a good hairstylist.
