Your body needs nutrients to develop and grow, its easier and the safest to have all them by eating a lot. Losing too many calories by dieting could impact you, https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/6877321/

As other users stated you're still young to go through a strict weight loss diet as it contains many risks that may affect your growth, so in the meantime i highly advise you to just play sports and try to be active as much as possible and if you really want a diet then go for a long term weight loss plan alongside any sport of your choice, something like 1kg a month is perfectly fine and don't try to go any stricter as it may negatively affect your growth, also stay away from smoking and drugs because aside from their serious risks they're also the number 1 looksmin and will make you look much worse in the long run
