Idrk what to change about myself to look better so any and all advice is definitely appreciated.

Debloat and get contacts. You're already a good looking guy, try not to get too wrapped up into bp.

Hey man,you Look pretty good already, i would Stick to softmaxxing for now. Can you take a relaxed pic of your complete side Profile? Either way try minimzing Salt intake, and eat as much pottassium as possible, if u can eat in a keto diet

sounds good, i’ve been recently trying to limit junk food as much as possible so i’ll definitely keep that up. as for the side profile here.

Your Side Profile Looks Like mine! There ist rly nothing big you can still do, unless you wanna pin a needle up Your Butt. I would say to just avoid sodium/Salt as much as possible, get Ur pottassium in and drink a lot of water. Get 8h of sleep get your Vitamins and Minerals in (doenst rly matter how), same with supplements Like Creatin , avoid Stress. Do Sprints 2times a week, just Focus that you run as far as possible in like 30seconds. Breath trough your nose. Diet wise eat 1gramm of Protein per pound of bw, eat a total of 400 Gramms of fisch per week, and Go gym 3-5 times a week. Thats will get you somewhere. If you bloat in the Morning ice your Face, if you wanna get Leaner Go into a calorie deficit.
