if u listen to people like faceiq they would recomend to eat on a strict carnivore diet to loose weight effectivly, faceiq isnt rly a fan of measuring calorie deficits bc he says that the humen body doesnt need calories but needs macronutrients, minerals , vitamins and micronutrients.i agree, but if u want to loose weight i can assure you a calorie deficit is the only thing that works.

if u listen to people like jacbfoods he would recomend a calorie deficit with a high protein diet and a lot of fiber, faceiq and jacob have beef though bc jacob says fiber is healthy and faceiq says fiber blocks nutrient absorption. a high protein diet during a calorie deficit will scientificly proven help you keep muscle while loosing weight.
tldr: if u trust jacbfoods a high protein diet while in a calorie deficit with lots of fiber will keep you with less hunger and will help you loose weight
if u trust all these scietific stevia addicted n*****s, you should hop on reta to reduce hunger and keep muscles, when you eat you should eat high protein meals like chickenbreast, ground beef eggs, protein shakes and to get in ur vitamins and shit you should accourding to them take supplemts like multivitamin creatin and d3+k2.
tldr: take reatrutide, drink diet soda, live on protein rich foods, and live on supplements. you dont even have to watch how much you are eating bc you wont feel any hunger at all(which isnt a good thing).
if u trust oldschool bodybuilders just eat less then you need (calorie deficit again) and live on rice, chicken breast, ground beef, steak. its the simplest diet, you just eat less. but imo the hardest bc you have no advantege like the other diets. its just pure dedication.
