I have to do something…otherwise I will always remain who I am now.

a freak or someone else in the eyes of my classmates
Doesn’t mean you should workout
Go for a long walk in the forest instead, it helped me a lot
 
what have you done already? training wise
I go to strength training three times a week
I didn't set the schedule but the recommendations of the sports compleх
I hope I'll see the result at least in a month
 
@Rymickkk btw are you on a diet, with diet i mean high protein and generelly concidered healthy?
