I’m deleting my account after this but I genuinely am going crazy. I have seborrheic dermatitis and for the past few months it was kept in check.
However, when the school year started I began using hair products which made it flare up. It’s bad. I have something on the back of my head, maybe a rash or something, that hurts like hell.
1. Are there any methods outside of shampoos that can help? The shampoo I have is fine, but I need acids or oils or something.
2. Not a question, but I’m fucking cooked. My hair is naturally wavy, and with products it looks legendary. However, now I can’t use them because it flares my seb derm up. My hair is still decent without products, but it’s a bit short right now and I’m a few months away from it being back to good length, enough to the point where my natural wave comes out no matter what.
