the therapist can't force words out of you, if you don't want to reveal certain things you don't have to
however it could be beneficial, just be aware they have the right to inform your parents of the things you say if it's dangerous to yourself or others around you
personally i wouldn't say anything if it's a school counsellor, the advice they give you is bullshit
