i dont bother with primal i think we have to accept that humans evolved with technology in mind

thats why our wisdom teeth shrunk

the shrinkage in our jaws to free up space for the brain to grow is proof we were made to eat cooked meat since you need a brain to be able to cook meat and cooking it makes it easier to digest

all the stuff that people claim to be reasons humans are raw meat eaters is true but its all old architecture from before we started shifting towards advancement like fire
