My right cheekbone is prominent and angular, casts shadows. Right eye is compact. Left side of face is fucked. Left cheek is flatter, no ogee curve, eye looks more withdrawn and less supported. This is the preliminary design for my implant. Is this draft enough to correct the flatness?

Analyzing zygos in CT scan is so hard I don't have a good answer tbh all depends on the face for zygos whereas maxilla and mandible it's easy to understand in scan
The lateral projection they gave me is 4.75mm. There’s posterior and anterior blend of course. For context, when I push my left cheek manually with my fingers my face, eyes look balanced. And when I did fat grafting(lateral orbital rim) a few months ago and had swelling thats when I got the most positive attention. Then the swelling went down lol. That’s how I know my issue is malar. Just not entirely sure how to design it. Could 4.75 be enough? Or would 5mm+ be ideal in my case?
